FAQ

When will my order arrive?
> All orders ship from the UK via Royal Mail. Please allow for 4 - 6 weeks processing time for preorders and fulfilment before factoring in international shipping times.

An item was missing/ damaged/ wrong!
> Please email CERU at [email protected] with the relevant details (pictures are appreciated) - I'm happy to issue replacements where appropriate. All measures are taken to ensure that items are not damaged in transit.

What do I do if I want a refund?
> For preorder items, once the preorder period ends all sales will be considered final and thus ineligible for refunds. For non-preorder items, you can claim a refund until your order has shipped.

What do you mean by "preorders"?
> By preordering a product you are essentially funding its creation. While some items will be on preorder to restock, in a lot of cases you will be one of the first people to own one!

Can you make something for [xyz]?
> If you would like to sponsor a product, please email CERU at [email protected] to discuss. The process for sponsoring something entails you paying for the MOQ alongside a variable rate for the art, and recieving the item[s] after the next open preorder period.
> If you are interested in commissioning merchandise designs for commercial use **only**, please email CERU at [email protected] to discuss. The process for this entails paying for a finished proof/ blueprint which you can then have manufactured and sell yourself. A commercial rate or ongoing compensation will be expected, as will art credit.

How are you mitigating the environmental impact?
> I prefer to cut down on excessive packaging where I am able to, meaning that some orders will be shipped in recycled mail bags/ boxes if they are reusable. I am very aware of the impact doing business like this globally can have on the environment so aim to maximise recycling and minimise outsourced production - because of this, the availability of certain items will be variable. Outside of that, a percentage of shop revenue is pledged to research funds through stripe.

What's with the slowness?
> It's just one person on comms, and never more than two on fulfilment, so your patience is appreciated! Any questions/ concerns can be sent to CERU at [email protected] and please do not hesitate to follow up if you haven't recieved a response.

When will you be open again?
> Backstock will always be available while stocks last, but the estimate for the next preorder period is November 1st - 14th with orders hopefully reaching customers by Christmas.

Do you vend at any conventions?
> I do art markets and conventions sporadically but at present my range is limited to London and the south-west of England. Any announcements will be shared through my twitter.

I like your art, where else can I support your work?
> Buy me a coffee
> Read my zines
> Follow me on Twitter
